Our quality management system encompasses the planning, implementation, monitoring, and control of all our business processes (from design to production, service delivery to after-sales support).

Our Quality Management System is an integrated structure covering all departments and employees of Ekaldes Lighting. Each of our employees contributes to the system’s effectiveness with the understanding that quality is our shared responsibility. Our aim is to ensure that the products and services we provide to our customers and stakeholders are consistently of high quality.

Based on the concept of “Sustainable Development,” we direct our work with the aim of minimizing the environmental impacts of all our activities and contributing to the protection of the environment. We take into account the monitoring of legal and international regulations in all our activities. Moving from this vision, we are renewing ourselves and adopting the following principles.
